To qualify for this refund you must notify us by email on delivery and return all goods within 7 days. The items must be returned to us in original condition and packaging. It must be returned by a recognised postal service or courier, where proof of delivery is gained.

Please note that all goods leave here in perfect condition, therefore it is your responsibility not to accept damaged goods when delivered. You will also be reponsible for the return courier or postage costs.
